    I recently had a wonderful stay, enjoying the tasty breakfast and the peaceful ambiance in my room. The full body massage at the wellness center was just what I needed to unwind after my long days exploring. Just a small note, I wished the ventilation in my room was a bit better, but it didn't take away from my experience 😊

    Location next to the metro. Outstanding food in the restaurants such as Le Fouquet's, located 5 min away. Well-equipped room and an electric kettle, a mini bar fridge, and climate control inside. Good sized bed & VERY GOOD service.

    We had very nice stay.

    Wonderful hotel, greatly enjoyed our stay, it had lovely food and incredible location to most area of interest. The property room was fashionable and great-sized with a super bathroom, a large wardrobe, toiletries. An electric kettle and glassware were provided.

    Excellent location by Avenue de Champs Elysee and proximity to Arc de T. and Eiffel Tour. Easy ride from cdg Airport - taxi drivers could easily find it.

    Room buzz in the room on first night and we could not sleep because of that. Switched to another room but made no consideration of room credit for this very inconvenient move. Hallways and room sometimes had an offensive odor to them ( raw sewage) even though we did not come at a hot time of June. For the price of this hotel, we did not receive the value nor luxury that we had in the past. Our second visit to this Hotel was very disappointing - would not recommend to other travellers.

    ACCompanying and friendly staff. Clean. Location excellent.

    It was very loud. Ventilation noise with slightly opened window (no A/C) non-stop. Very small room. Restaurant completely closed from breakfast to evening due to private event.

    The location is perfect, just steps from the Arc de Triomphe and great dining options. Our Prestige Room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Staff provided really good service, especially the concierge who offered valuable tips. Just a heads up, breakfast could use a little improvement in service. We felt rushed both mornings.

    Location is centrally located close the the main attractions and shopping areas. And within less than 100 meters than the champs Elysee st and George iv.

    The lack of flexibility in reservation: due to business reasons, we tried to post pond arrival by one day, the hotel didn't allow that and insisted to charge for the first day as reserved. The cancellation policy is clear that no refund if you cancel reservation, but it doesn't address postponing by one day. I felt the hotel should be flexible in this issue.
